I gave the Charles Short Insurance Agency five stars because their staff is always willing to go above and beyond the call of duty when I have an issue that needs attending to. Everyone is very good, but I want to especially commend Brooke Wootan who works in the office. She is my primary contact, and she is professional, prompt, and courteous. The agency is lucky to have her. I've now been with them for years and am so happy I signed up with them.
