This review is strictly for Hirth and not his office personnel who is wonderful.I recently got past records from your office where I was a patient from 2012 to 2019. Every past medical report has me labeled as a tobacco smoker! I have not smoked even 1 cigarette a day in my life! I hate cigarettes, I pride myself in the fact that I don't smoke and have never smoked! It says each visit you counseled me about tobacco use and that's not true at all! I have been seeing Dr. Hirth for many years. I have always been very happy with the care he has provided me with. He spends a lot of time with his patients and answers all questions.
I cannot imagine going to any other physician! I realize that I may have to wait or he may be running behind, but when it is my turn, I know I will have his undivided attention. I know when I am there all of my questions will be answered and that he will spend all the time that is needed for me to understand my situation.
