Great place great people … but they wont take Cash deposits ? They have Checking Accounts, how does that make sense ?

I was promised a bonus and at first I was not given it. After contacting them from the app directly from my account, I was contacted and given the bonus. They are easy to use and fees are very low (if any).
I was promised a bonus by the person on the phone who opened the IRA rollover account. I was promised a bonus by the person who I was instructed to see at the local branch to have codes entered. I waited several months and did not receive the bonus so I called and was told I was not getting the bonus because I had a prior PCRA account. So now I will unwind my positions and over the course of the next several months withdrawn everything I hold in Charles Schwab accounts and never have anything to do with them again.
I’ve been waiting over 2 weeks for a checkbook and was told 5-7 business days…. What a joke
