Schwab, the bigger corporate entity here, is actively putting their members at risk of common social engineering hacks. When signing in online, they force you to call a number on their site and give them your personally identifiable information. There is no way to tell that this is the real Schwab or a malicious middle man. Compare this to industry standards of providing login codes through phone numbers or emails already on your file, this type of practice from them seemingly is legitimizing an experience that can't be diff... read more
Your firm provides poor service in person and online. When my funds were transferred to your firm and I sought to withdrawal them your poor communication could be interepreted as outright lies. I find this to be the only solace to provide future clients with the little insight into your poor service. I have yet to recieve my funds after over a month of trying.
