From the other posted reviews I expected a bad experience when I stopped here. I needed information on how to unfortunately close my account due to an overwhelming medical expense. I have called repeatedly on different days !! No one ever answers the phone !! Ridiculous!! No wonder they only received 2 stars !! Pick up your phone or hire a receptionist to direct calls !!!!!!!!! Horrible customer service!!!!!!!
I stopped to get more information at the office on transit rd, Buffalo, NY. I can't believe how nasty and rude of the lady at front was. She had very bad attitude and i caught she rolled her eyes at me and didn't even gave me any information except papers. Just go home if don't want to work or find something else to do. Just because I don't carry an expensive purse, doesn't mean I don't have money. Don't judge people by their looked.
