EXCELLENT LOCATION & STAFF!!! I live right in between Rochester & Buffalo. When I Googled the locations it came up with a Buffalo & Rochester location. Reviews for Rochester were great and the ones for Buffalo were bad. I needed to go to the Sam's Club as well and the nearest location was Buffalo so I figured I would give the Buffalo location a try regardless of the rating. My experience was GREAT!!! SAD, I expect way much more from an industry leader. Couldn't do better than TD Ameritrade so they bought them ! Severely Disappointed with this platform from a Billion dollar company. Severally lacking.
If you ever want to go there to sit down with someone... Do not expect that. Even when you get 25,000 in your account and they tell you that you get a sit down consultant meeting. Nope. No consultant there. You get nothing. Follow me on twitter I post stock research @polarizinglit
