I stopped to get more information at the office on transit rd, Buffalo, NY. I can't believe how nasty and rude of the lady at front was. She had very bad attitude and i caught she rolled her eyes at me and didn't even gave me any information except papers. Just go home if don't want to work or find something else to do. Just because I don't carry an expensive purse, doesn't mean I don't have money. Don't judge people by their looked.
I thought things were bad when it took 4 months for this branch to reach out and advise that the agent who welcomed moving my entire portfolio there, had left. Now it is impossible to speak with anyone unless someone overseas picks up to chat. So much for the "local touch". I think this is the tip of the iceberg though.
EXCELLENT LOCATION & STAFF!!! I live right in between Rochester & Buffalo. When I Googled the locations it came up with a Buffalo & Rochester location. Reviews for Rochester were great and the ones for Buffalo were bad. I needed to go to the Sam's Club as well and the nearest location was Buffalo so I figured I would give the Buffalo location a try regardless of the rating. My experience was GREAT!!! SAD, I expect way much more from an industry leader. Couldn't do better than TD Ameritrade so they bought them ! Severely Disappointed with this platform from a Billion dollar company. Severally lacking.
