Cannot get through to the local Buffalo Branch. Expecting to receive a phone call back after speaking to the Corporate office over 1 week ago. Looks like nothing has changed after reading the previous reviews.
Very professional and very friendly Office
From the other posted reviews I expected a bad experience when I stopped here. I needed information on how to unfortunately close my account due to an overwhelming medical expense. Instead… I received a friendly, professional, courteous and extremely helpful response from Mr. Z. Boling at the desk. I had entered assuming I would have long drawn out “jump through a nightmare of expensive hoops” ahead of me.
