Terrible customer service.
Their automated system hung up on me. I called the branch and I was trying to get somebody from the local branch on the line. I hit "0" (zero) on the second round of automated prompts, because they don't give you an option to get a receptionist (instead they prompt you to enter the employees name, which, of course, I wouldn't know). Instead of getting me to operator or giving me more options, when I dialed zero I was disconnected. If I wanted to be hung up on by a computer system, I'd have called E*Trade.
