Worst customer service. They do not respond. Had to file a BBB complaint to actually talk to someone. They False advertise here. Do not believe anything! All Schwab customer service reps don't know what they are talking about. Fidelity is much better than this garbage financial institution!
Be it to my surprised that their is not one Charle, but multiple Charles (not affiliating with Tropical Fruit Charles ! Of course had to mention this .) went to Charle Swab and they help me get some of my massive wuantity of Wealth. Back from my bf sticky Raj (u may have heard of him, I) i went in about earlier August. I must mention that also offer foot rubs!!! Highly recommended their services
Once again CS has failed me. They have a 100% track record of failure. Still waiting filor over a year for the personal contact I was promised after their last screw up. Meanwhile my loses accumulate. Worst investment company ever.
