Once again CS has failed me. They have a 100% track record of failure. Still waiting filor over a year for the personal contact I was promised after their last screw up. Meanwhile my loses accumulate. Worst investment company ever.
I went into the Webster, Texas branch with the hope of discussing a recent financial event that involved a Schwab account for which I am the owner. The reception I received was nothing short of appalling. Admittedly, I did not have an appointment. The receptionist however (unfortunately I did not get his name) treated me with such arrogance and dismissal. I explained I needed to speak with someone regarding this account.
