Missing $30,000 in profit because of them. Don’t trust them with your money they restricted my account for trying to wire money to a bank that I had wired them money from. Flagged it for fraud and still refusing to release my money after the restriction was lifted because of an account review and admitted atleast 2 employee errors being the reason it wasn’t lifted sooner. This bank is apparently rife with fraud. They question every single transaction even those from H-E-B and normal grocery stores that I use every day. They cut off your card because they’re constantly worried about their bottom line so they don’t have to pay for fraud. Not worth it, this bank is unusable

I visited the Charles Schwab Domain office in Austin, Texas yesterday and had an excellent experience. Mr. Cameron was extremely kind, patient, and professional throughout my visit. He took the time to explain everything clearly and made me feel very well taken care of. I truly appreciate his outstanding service and highly recommend this branch.

Trash company locked my account after a few weeks and on other review platforms people have reported the same and funds seized while having to verify (they never asked me the questions twice but typed them in) then they say you have to get a motorized document with your ID and or show up in person (im overseas on vacation you peons) after I brought netflix stock 2 days before at 1280 it's strange how my account gets locked after having funds for almost 2 weeks in my account prior to that. 1600 usd lost and still in the red (... read more

I went into the office today and was greeted promptly. Schwab's associate I saw was name Cameron. He was very nice and helpful. I didn't have all of the correct documents for opening the account type I wanted, and he graciously offered to print the docs out and help me work though them. I'm grateful for his help, as some terms were slightly confusing. I've seen some negative reviews of this location, but I hope Schwab had read through these and work that out.
