I went into the office today and was greeted promptly. Schwab's associate I saw was name Cameron. He was very nice and helpful. I didn't have all of the correct documents for opening the account type I wanted, and he graciously offered to print the docs out and help me work though them. I'm grateful for his help, as some terms were slightly confusing. I've seen some negative reviews of this location, but I hope Schwab had read through these and work that out. Without any notice or explanation, they closed my account, leaving me in a state of confusion and uncertainty.
