I went in today asking for help setting up an account for a trust. She told me to do it online and then debated with me on the ease of making it happen. I had to ask her who the customer was to get her stop talking at me. I ended up walking out and going to another branch. Laurie was exceptionally helpful and understanding and took great care of us even though we came in with a complex situation 2h before closing on December 23. She took the time to get us what we needed and contacted the right people. Incredibly grateful for her effort and care!
