I went in today asking for help setting up an account for a trust. She told me to do it online and then debated with me on the ease of making it happen. I had to ask her who the customer was to get her stop talking. I ended up walking out and going to another branch. I had to do the same thing at Fidelity and we did it in less than five minutes.
Laurie was exceptionally helpful and understanding and took great care of us even though we came in with a complex situation 2h before closing on December 23. She took the time to get us what we needed and contacted the right people. Incredibly grateful for her effort and care!

I have over ten million invested here. I dropped in to discuss how to move several million for a real estate deal and needed to talk to a representative. I recently moved to Marin. The best the woman in front could do was give me a number to call. I would expect the local representative would want me as a client but I guess not.
