I have over ten million invested here. I dropped in to discuss how to move several million for a real estate deal and needed to talk to a representative. I recently moved to Marin. The best the woman in front could do was give me a number to call. I would expect the local representative would want me as a client but I guess not.
Deeply Disappointed — Is This How You Treat New Clients? We’re in the process of moving a significant amount of money to Schwab — a decision we made carefully, trusting the reputation and promises of personalized service. We were specifically told to come into the Corte Madera branch to finalize the process. So we did. My wife rearranged her day.
