The staff of this store have very limited knowledge of transaction. I am disappointed at its service. The front desk is "nicely" arrogant.
Staff were friendly and professional, but when I walk in a place I expect to be able to ask some questions and get some work done. In this branch they primarily give you forms and if you have any questions they give you a business card or sticky-note with phone numbers of support staff. If I wanted to conduct business over the phone I wouldn't walk in! I don't get it. Frustrating more cannot be done in this branch.

The staff is lazy! Do as little as possible policy. I just opened an account online and needed help depositing and buying a CD. The young Asian lady at the front desk told me I couldn't deposit in the branch. If I can't deposit in the branch, open an account, or place a trade. What is her job there? She immediately wanted to turn me down for assistance. After telling her that someone on the phone told me I could deposit in the branch, she was reluctant to take my deposit.
