Helpful and informative solid group to work with
Tony Cancilla & his team in the Arrowhead office are top-notch. They walked us through everything my mom needed to know to set up the proper accounts following my dad's passing. They were knowledgeable and more important, they were caring. I would absolutely recommend them!
Denied for a simple checking account. Opened one at Wells Fargo after no issues.
The office is too busy to help existing clients, they only want new clients. If you have an account with this company and die, please be aware this company is doing what they can to delay transferring the funds to them. And the amount of paperwork they require - for each account - is ridiculous compared to some other investment companies.
