Denied for a simple checking account. Opened one at Wells Fargo after no issues.
The office is too busy to help existing clients, they only want new clients. If you have an account with this company and die, please be aware this company is doing what they can to delay transferring the funds to them. And the amount of paperwork they require - for each account - is ridiculous compared to some other investment companies.
Not real good at follow ups.
Outstanding financial services. Highly recommend this office for all investment services. One visit and I knew I was in the right place.
