Trying tranfer some stock to gift but front desk customer service complète mistreated me he doesn't know service later i talk the financial advisor but unqualified rude personnel had no idea what is customer service.
I needed help with a wire transaction and called the representative who helped me the last time. Sent him an email, it came back immediately as "not deliverable". I can't reach him either. So i called, 10x, and nobody at the reception picked up. I drove to the branch and they were able to help me immediately. The representative doesn't work there anymore.
