I needed help with a wire transaction and called the representative who helped me the last time. Sent him an email, it came back immediately as "not deliverable". I can't reach him either. So i called, 10x, and nobody at the reception picked up. I drove to the branch and they were able to help me immediately. The representative doesn't work there anymore. Called to make an appointment to reset login and password after my account got transferred. Had to do this because it could not be done over the phone. The person I spoke w was unable to make an appointment with me for this. I gave hiim my phone and asked him to leave a voice mail message. Won’t be surprised if I have to call back. Does this sound like they are organized and concerned about customer service?
