Great service
My retired, widowed mother is having a terrible time trying to get her account closed so she can try to enjoy her retired years but this branch is making it a living hell for her. She's already given them my fathers death certificate and told them to close the account and cut her a check, but they keep dodging her and making her jump through hoops. At the Fort Myers branch, I had come in to finish my application and Barbara was so helpful. And I accidentally put in my wrong Social Security number which took a lot of extra work for them to do Katie and Barbara teamed up to get my account opened and I cannot thank them for their tireless efforts there, wonderful personalities and helpfulness and their customer service is beyond measure.
