My experience was the same as Yona Friedman 2 years ago. NO RESPONSE from ANYONE despite calling Main & 800 numbers and asking for appts twice on supposedly "helpful" website. But after persisting, I finally got a hold of an Advisor named Rita who has been very reliable & knowledgeable. I only object to The Receptionists who never smile and are not personable at all : ( Maybe Schwab lost their money?
The front desk lady did not know that when I wrote them a personal check it's already endorsed when I sign the front. She handed it back for me to sign the back! THEY must sign the back! Not to smart for a financial job. To be fair I think it may have been her first day/week but I think you learn that at an early age. I learned that before I was 10.
Never visited this location.
Still waiting for a response to my voice mail and message via the Schwab website from Saturday and Sunday. Went to the branch office, waited outside for a response to my phone call to the branch manager, nothing doing so far, as of Monday 8:20 P.M. How many more days?
