BEING FOR DECADE CUSTOMER! EXCELLENT
Called branch several times all ended up answered by the national representative. They emailed the branch and I'm still waiting on my call back…….
The lady on the phones should be fired. She is rude and not helpful. We tried calling two separate times to make an appointment and had the same experience. Literally an automated system would be better than her. I will be moving my accounts elsewhere.

I received excellent service from Mathias today at this brokerage branch (not a bank, so if you do a deposit, it must be to a brokerage or investment account). It was a busy lunch hour and Mathias was the only one available to serve customers at the time, but he remained positive, professional, and patient while greeting each person who walked through the door, identified customer needs, and attended to each one.
