I received excellent service from Mathias today at this brokerage branch (not a bank, so if you do a deposit, it must be to a brokerage or investment account). It was a busy lunch hour and Mathias was the only one available to serve customers at the time, but he remained positive, professional, and patient while greeting each person who walked through the door, identified customer needs, and attended to each one.

I had a simple question: how do I remove a large sum of money from my own account, arguably the primary action one might want to execute at a bank. The bank rep didn’t know and continued repeating that I should “transfer it to my bank,” even after I repeated that Schwab is my bank.

This is an update to a previous review. My advisor at the time went on vacation and so I waited until his return and did not hear from him when he was supposed to be back in town. Needless to say that I was disappointed. I reached out to their national customer service and they are excellent. I felt very confident that moving to another branch might be better.
