I had a simple question: how do I remove a large sum of money from my own account, arguably the primary action one might want to execute at a bank. The bank rep didn’t know and continued repeating that I should “transfer it to my bank,” even after I repeated that Schwab is my bank.
This is an update to a previous review. My advisor at the time went on vacation and so I waited until his return and did not hear from him when he was supposed to be back in town. Needless to say that I was disappointed. I reached out to their national customer service and they are excellent. I felt very confident that moving to another branch might be better. Most people don’t take time to write out a positive review, let alone acknowledge good in their life. Natalie was extremely kind and helpful. Hope to have more customer experiences with establishments like this. This location is NOT A BANK. Do not write reviews if you went in expecting a bank’s services.
