I have a lot of money on deposit at schwab. I told them I do not want to receive communications electronically. They sent me an important communication by email months ago which I did not see regarding termination of my sweep account. Hundreds of thousands of dollars have been sitting in an account earning .01 interest instead of the close to 4 in the sweep account. If I don’t receive a call back today and a solution I am going to move my millions to another financial institution
I had the most pleasant experience with Tone today. Not only was she professional, friendly, she was so efficient and even followed up with me on my wire transfer today. She is top notch and I will always look forward to banking in person with tone at Schwab! Thank you Tone!
1st visit, Came in here looking for answers for my finances!! The staff seemed pleasant and friendly, especially when Kim took my initial call. Everything went downhill after I arrived. I was placed with "sum uneducated guy" who sent my concerns and questions to so many other directions.....I left confused and horrified. Plus I stopped in here on "my day off" 😫 I still don't understand why Kim who stated she would kindly speak to me, didn't!! Very rude!! don't recommend this location.
Exceptional services from Kimberly Westerfield (Investment Consultant) and Tone’ Seals (Client Relationship Specialist)… as I walked in confused, I was taken care of immediately, given a laptop to use and Kimberly clicked on every detail so that I learn to navigate my account. Truly amazing professionals! I highly recommend this office.
Disorganized. Forgot to deposit two checks for us. We had to call and spend a lot of time in phone tree hell before I got to a person who referred me to another person who could not solve the problem. Then, finally reached someone at the Lake Sumter branch (where I started this adventure) who told me it was laying on their desk all day, they forgot to deposit them.
