Loyal customers of Schwab. Needed some documents notarized and advised that unless they are Schwab documents they will not help you. Very poor customer service.
I wanted to reschedule due to hurricane Helene but I had no option to connect with anyone and I don’t feel like driving 40+ minutes to reschedule. There should be an option to connect with someone directly. I guess I’ll just don’t show into they reach out to me
