I had a need to open a trust account and I was very fortunate to have Andrew Brooks at the Charles Schwab 6350 N. 24th Street, Phoenix, Arizona, branch office help with this need. I made an appointment with Andrew and when I met him at his office, he had all the paperwork ready to go. Andrew was very helpful in guiding me through the paperwork needed. Have an account they locked it for no reason. Frauds.
Everything is drawn out to long process and you have to visit the branch to get things done, I went to visit the branch and after spending 40 minutes there they said everything was done and I would get a call back once it’s through within 3-4 days. They never called back so 2 weeks later I called to ask and was told nothing in the process was done and I have to go back
