I have been a Schwab customer for over 20 years and have gotten consistently excellent service at the Menlo Park branch. In the last 5 years I've set up multiple trust accounts at Schwab, including a couple of special needs trusts for relatives. There were some complicated issues, and Schwab handled them all flawlessly.
