Local office is by appointment only. Tried to make an appointment but Schwab never returned my call. Phone support is very poor. Difficult to get ATM card. Very disappointed and will remove my funds shortly. Beware... Update: Supervisor from Schwab left a message for me on my phone, but spoke so fast that I was forced to listen to message four times in order to write down name and number. Wake up employees at Schwab. You are wasting your customers time and energy. Still no resolution to my problems with Schwab.

Would definitely think about using another brokerage…. After Charles Schwab bought TDAmeritrade I was inconvenienced multiple times preventing me from trading. I had to go to the Temecula office and although they were able to resolve the issue, Benjamin promised me he would contact me about compensation for my inconvenience but I have not received any contact from the Temecula office in almost two months. The guy working there was a sweet heart he gave me money out of his own pocket to make it home till my check came. Very nice he didn't have to but his workers told me if I went down there they would give me my money they didn't they had to send a check.
