We could get appt next day after calling. Andrew was very helpful on insight for accounts and plans. Only thing I’ll withdraw a star from is reception. When I checked in for our appt, reception had a customer loudly on speaker phone so while I was in the waiting room I could hear every word. I heard all about how he has 4 accounts but could only see 3 of them on the app. How he wanted to change his password, etc. This customer had no idea this conversation about his accounts wasn’t private. I don't think Sioux Falls, SD has a local Schwab bank, but I live here and I still use it from when I lived in AZ. They have the best customer service and security I've ever experienced with a bank. You can call with any question and get ahold of a real person quickly, which is rare in this day and age.
