I go in there to invest six-figures on some stocks and they are too busy to talk to me. I was the only customer there and the place was empty except for the beetchy secretary and one "suit" who was too busy staring at his computer to meet with me. I'm sure Fidelity or Vanguard will make time.

Absolutely the nicest people you would ever want to meet. Julia was incredibly kind and helpful, she really knows her stuff. Paul is friendly and also extremely helpful. I will always use this Charles Schwab even if I do have to drive an hour to get there.😊

My wife and I have worked with local Schwab office, mainly with one young gentleman, for years. When we had questions, others in the office were there to answer our concerns. I like having someone that I can talk with in person, as well call if needed. My phone app is very easy to follow and understand. They do let you decide how you want to move forward, but will teach, and help move assets.

I made the terrible mistake of moving all of my finances over to Schwab a couple of months ago because they supposedly have the best debit card in the industry for travel, and I am traveling on a world wide vacation this year. Words cannot begin to describe my level of hatred for this company at this point.
