After multiple calls to "customer service," in the cloud , I decided it was hopeless, and a complete waste of time and things were getting real complicated very rapidly.. I got excellent help every time I stopped by.
The worst experience ever. Moved my funds, customer service doesn't want to provided support. Locked me out of my account, moved my funds without my permission. Wasted 3 hours of my life with customer support. The managers are rude. Don't trust them and they will steal your money. Locked me out of my account and took my funds. Refusing to let me access funds.
