This office Horrible with a capitol H
Due to the desire to be closer & "hands on" with a real "brick & mortar" financial investment firm? I ventured forth several years ago relocating here to Summerlin, Las Vegas, in seeking this type of service. I have been very satisfied with the firm; particularly with the women on staff who have each helped me in the past to get squared away and "look down the road of life" in determing financial choices. Customer service is farmed out to national representatives. Each contact that I have made has to be filled in about what I am trying to do, what has been done, and what I have been told. Some representatives know what they are doing, but have no power to make a managerial decision. The managers don’t answer phone calls so only the supervisors speak to me and say that they will try to rush things along, but nothing has helped.
