Due to the desire to be closer & "hands on" with a real "brick & mortar" financial investment firm? Customer service is farmed out to national representatives. Each contact that I have made has to be filled in about what I am trying to do, what has been done, and what I have been told. Some representatives know what they are doing, but have no power to make a managerial decision. The managers don’t answer phone calls so only the supervisors speak to me and say that they will try to rush things along, but nothing has helped.
