For months I had the hardest time dealing with Schwab. They closed my accounts due to fraud speculation and never bothered helping me or giving me explanations. I simply asked to get my money back I had invested and it became the biggest ordeal. After having no luck and weeks of not getting my money I came into the chapel hill branch and asked for assistance in person. Untrained staff (false info/missing info, wont answers calls in midle of hiccuping process, delayed by them because they need to "cover front desk too" I was trying to do basic services. (Getting medallion certificate on a form to transfer shares to my Schwab account) Told that can be done remotely (for some folks apparently).
