2 workers talked over me loudly as they walked in as I was talking to the front desk. I only came into the office because they failed to authenticate me through the phone. They locked me out of my account so I had no access unless I came into a physical branch. Answered the same way in the office - which they had to call them anyway - and then I got accepted in authentication. I have had accounts at Schwab for many years. The folks at the branch in Los Altos have always been courteous, knowledgeable and prompt. I have rarely waited more than a few minutes to get service. Their online web pages are well-organized and helpful as well.
