I worked with Charles Schulz Building Company on a renovation of an assisted living facility in Cleveland. They are responsive, and communicate well with subcontractors and staff. Maybe most importantly, they minimized the disruption to the residents, which was huge in this case. A five star general contractor.
Charles Schulz Building Company did a commercial bathroom renovation for us. We needed to make our bathroom and shower ADA accessible. Speed was a big factor, and they accommodated us very quickly. They helped us from the design phase all the way through construction clean-up. Even though we weren’t a very big project as commercial construction goes, they treated us like our job was super important. I would highly recommend their services for folks in the greater Cleveland area.
