I switched over to Charles Scholz State Farm because I needed someone to work for me and not for themselves. Charles and his staff promised that they would be here for us personally and in the business world to help us with any needs. Feels good to know that we are being taken care of and that if any issues arise, our calls will not be ignored, not returned, or dismissed.
I am not a customer. I have a claim with someone who is a customer who totaled my car. I have been FIGHTING to get even a response back. I am constantly being told I will get a call back or being hung up on. I am getting quoted different compensation amounts from what was actually given to me. I am upset. I’ve been insured by Charles for years and have had several claims/big changes he has helped me with. Never had a bad experience but this recent absolutely takes the cake … I called Jonny at about 9am about a shattered sunroof after a storm, he contacted started the claim, past it on to Charles… it was a lot to manage and handle as a single mother with 2 kids ready to go, and Charles made it sooo easy and stress free.
