I am 66 and recently has second accident in my life. I was shaken and was still in shock when I happened to get a call from Brendan who was relaying totally unrelated info to me. I told him what just happened and he asked some questions and said he would call me back. A few minutes later he called to say he had taken care of sending tow driver, he had filed my report and had reserved a car at enterprise for me. I never had to make a call it was taken care of.
