poor customer services even they don't know how to speak on phone sounds like a uneducated person poor behavior
I would never reccommend. He has messed up my father in law medication and keeps writing scripts instead of looking I to the problem. No communication with VA to ensure not duplicating medications. Insurances are paying double due to this behavior. Now he is eating trazadone and tramadol like candy.
Excellent doctor. Dr. Watras not only knows the latest guidance, he understands it and knows how to appropriately modify based on individual risk/benefit. I feel healthier than I have in years, and I truly believe he's added years to my wife's life. He reasons through the problem looking for root causes. We are coming from a large, more expensive practice in the city with good insurance (best medicine money can buy), and he is better. We are so happy to have found him.
I moved from Florida to NC about 7 years ago, since then I have Dr. Watras as my provider. I have never gotten the excellent quality of care from a doctor like I have from Dr. Watras. He hears what we have to say and gets to the bottom of the problem. His staff is on top of everything, from referrals, prescriptions, and paperwork with notes of the appointment before you leave.
