Office was super rude and refused to send a referral even tho it is illegal to do so ! Gave attitude to me on phone. They also misdiagnosed me many times ! DO NOT GO HERE
My family got to know of doctor Swersky's practice through a friend's referral when we moved to NY. We've been calling this office since last year (since my baby was 5 months old) to get an appointment as it shows on multiple portals online that he's accepting new patients. However the lady managing his office has been constantly saying they're at max capacity and to call again later - few weeks later, few months later or in January at the start of the year etc. I proceeded to put my child in an interim pediatricians clinic ... read more
Dr. Swersky is an excellent pediatrician who is kind and has a good sense of humor. He truly cares about his patients and I am always satisfied and assured after taking my toddler to see him, whether it's an emergency or routine checkup.
Called no taking new patients. Good luck then.
