Dr. McCall talked me into doing a procedure in the office that Dr. Jarrell had done every six months for 10 years as outpatient at the hospital. First, the cost was $160 in office as opposed to $50 as outpatient in hospital. I didn't know that. Then I discovered I was his first patient ever done in the office. Then AFTER I got on the table he told me they were not doing the major part of the procedure because the insurance wouldn't pay in the office for that part. Then, right in front of me, he asked the nurse to show him ho... read more
Look elsewhere.
I have been being treaqted by Dr. McCall for over a year and he is very easy to talk to and explains things well. I had one surgery which was succesful and have never had a better doctor. He actuall seems to care about his patients. When I have a visit I never have to wait over 15 minutes to be seen. This is the best overall experience I have ever had while being treated by a doctor. On a 1 - 5 rating he should get a 8+.
I am puzzled/mystified by some of these negative reviews, and suspect that some trolling might be going on. I have used Dr McCall for years. He has always taken the time to explain everything. He went out of his way to make sure I was taken care of. I would say first Class
Had surgery on scrodum. Dr McCall was very ready to perform the surgery. Would not answer questions? I asked if he had done many of these surgeries. He told me enough to know what he was doing. Should have been enough to let me know to run! Went back in 2 weeks with a severe infection. Put me on antibiotics. Told me to come back in 2 weeks. I was there in 2 days with scrodum as big as a grapefruit. called a specialist! Never spoke another word to me. Nurse gave us information
Not personal nor professional! Made a very bad situation worse . Did not even let us know what was going on! Nurse told us they had scheduled us an appointment with another Dr . my husband had surgery again in 4 days! To fix Dr McCalls mess!
I would not recommend nor will I use McCall again. He damaged my ureter and asked another physician to explain the error and the new nephrostomy tub and bag I recieved, becouse he left the hospital.
The worst urologist I've ever been to. At this office it's all about the money, I've had multiple bad experiences when it came to being seen at the time of my appointment I also had problems with prescriptions. I wouldn't recommend this dr at all
