Never been treated worse in my life. Dr. Emily Bloomquist is heartless and the staff there couldn’t care less. Please go anywhere but here.
Outside of the front desk lady, everyone was wonderful and made you feel they really cared and was very compassionate! I was explained to by every move and that is so important for a person who might be anxiety about procedures.!
Horrible communication between the hospital, doctor, staff, and patient. There is a huge lack of tact, professionalism and bed side manner. Patient satisfaction or HIPPA is NOT a priority or practice. I was LITERALLY laughed at pointed at and talked about by the staff for showing up for a scheduled surgery that I was pre- registered, pre-approved, and took all the necessary steps on my behalf to do. In the past I have been happy with with Foothill Family Clinic until now. I called to set up a yearly check up and get a prescription filled at the same time. My doctor was on maternity so the receptionist asked if I would want to see another doctor. “Sure,” I said because I didn’t have a preference. I had my appointment, he did a check up, talked about my health, and renewed my prescription. All good, right? Nope. Dr. Ganga was amazing, however all the under the table billing that no one tells you about up front is a joke. The billing manager is rude and extremely unprofessional. My procedure lasted 15 minutes and not only am I being charged more than they ever told me but they do not send bills but do threaten immediate action from a collection agency. My advice- go else where!
The worst in Indiana! I'm still waiting on a phone call from the nurse. Going on 4 days with severe abdominal pain. Dr. Orinin stated two days ago that he was concerned and nurses would call. I'm still waiting. Dr. Also prescribed a bowel prep that should be taken off the market. Another prescription was called in but not in stock. Still waiting. If I could give less stars than 1 I would.
In Sept. 2011 I had some test done at Bayshore Hospital and apparently he read some of the results. They billed my insurance and never sent me a bill for the remaining $54.00, Yesterday 8/5/14 I was contacted by a debt collector for that money. After 2 1/2 years it is hard for me to go back and see if the insurance paid anything or if I owed anything with out the insurance co. going back in their records. I called them today and they verified they sent me a bill (but to the wrong address) and it was returned so that is the r... read more
Horrible customer service!!!!!!!
Dr. Kensing and Dr. Phipps are the best. I received excellent care from them for my GI concerns and would not hesitate to go back. I highly recommend them if you are looking for a physician.
