Kind, professional, gets to know more about your personal life
Dr. Chen has been my doctor for over 30 years and though I moved out of the area, I make the long drive to appointments. He is very knowledgeable and gets right to the point. I appreciate this. He explained my condition well and how it might effect other members of my family. He is one of the most dedicated doctors I know. I owe my good health to his excellent care.
Dr Chen is simply one of the best. He is well versed in so many hematology/oncology conditions which I witnessed first hand as he cared for both of my parents (each with unique needs). He is the most compassionate doctor I have ever encountered and his office staff is the best. Yes, you may wait as he is often running late/ but it is worth it because he will spend how ever much time you need ... you will not feel rushed.
Dr. Chen was my PCP for 32 years and if not for my permanent move to Florida he would still be. My toughest and last decision in my transition. He and his staff are first rate.
I have had Dr Chen as my primary care physician for 30+ years and he is an excellent doctor. I live in Florida and return To Massachusetts every year to keep him as my doctor. I recommend him highly.
My mother in law wait was 2 hours along with taking another appointment before her. Gave us the answering questions was taking to much of his time seemed to be in a rush. Wouldn't recommend him.
Very abrupt, terse, had no time for me. Did not explain treatment options and appeared annoyed when I asked about possible drug side effects. Dictated treatment without any consideration for me at all and did not appear to be knowledgeable about my condition.
