I grew up in Savannah, and my mother bought fish at Russo's market. That's one of the reason I like flounder. So it was really exciting to read that Russo's had opened a restaurant. What a disappointment! The flounder I had at Russo's Seafood Restaurant could have come from Sam's Club. Flounder is a white flesh fish; mine was brown.
