Yes, they went above and beyond Did you leave the office feeling satisfied with your visit? Completely! Was this provider's office easy to locate? Absolutely! It couldn't have been easier! Does this provider offer flexible appointment times? Yes Was this provider argumentative or easily angered? Not at all, they were one of the kindest, most attentive individuals I've ever met Does this provider have a good professional reputation within your community? Yes, they are known for being good at what they do Were the restrooms clean at this provider's office? Yes, I could tell they were cleaned regularly Were you able to relax during your appointment? Yes, I was completely at ease

Did you spend a lot of time in the waiting room at this provider's office? Absolutely not! I was seen right away! Does this provider always put the customer first? Yes, they always put customers first Does this provider offer any coupons, discounts or promotions? Not that I have seen

No, they've never taken personal calls with me Did this provider pressure you to purchase any unnecessary products during your visit? Absolutely not! I was never uncomfortable Would you refer this provider to a family or friend? Yes

Not that I have seen Did this provider ever take personal phone calls while in the appointment room with you? No, they've never taken personal calls with me Did this provider have an entertaining selection of waiting room magazines? Yes Did a staff member acknowledge or greet you when you entered? Yes, I was greeted when I walked in
