An excellent company with exceptional communication and quality service. They did everything they said they would do and when they said they would do it. Even went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. I wish all companies could be so pleasant to work with. We definitely recommend that you give Ross a chance. I know we will purchase our next blender from them . Doesn't get any better than that!
