Staff is a disgrace. Staff does not call me to explain condition after my test. I get nothing but a long wait time. No one checks in n with you. No one will answer you back with more than 3 words on my chart. The dr was very nice and polite. His staff is garbage. Horrible personnel. Gone elsewhere

I need to share this that Doctor Charles is the Best Caring Doctor and I know him for years but unfortunately the staff Mellissa , Bella and the nurse Venessa are absolutely terrible. I had sent an email on November 18 , 2024 through Cleveland Clinic in chart to so that Cleveland Clinic inform the FloMed infusion center that due to taking Remicade for many many years the duration of infusion will be giving to me is 1 hour (I not only sent an email November 18th on my chart but I also called and talked to Mellisa on the same ... read more
Really the best doctor I have ever seen in my life for my ulcerative colitis disease i was in really severe flare up and he help me to change my medication to better one because the one i used it before not worked with me and im in remission now after 5 months bleeding and flare up Because I was on medication that didn't work with my body and didn't respond to it, also he is so kind and he really removed all my fears about my illness and made me feel at ease from anxiety and tension. 🌹🙏🏻❤️
