We have been very happy in dealing with Charles Roe on the lease of a home in Dana Point. The home we are leasing was especially well prepared for leasing and had a number of well selected upgrades completed before our lease. Charles has been very easy to work with and has been responsive on dealing with questions and problems with the leased home.
