Dr.Charles is a caring psychiatrist who helped me tremendously and had the patients to not dismiss me as a patient til his last month just before after 52 years of practice. A patient posted a review about Dr. Charles that she was dismissed by the Dr . for lack of payment by her insurance, the Dr and I had this discussion about how 80% of the insurances being behind months and then still he was only paid 80% of what he billed.
