We spent over $20,000 for 2 A/C units 2 years ago. Since then we have had the same part fail twice on one of the units. The parts are covered by our warranty but the service fee is $95 every time C R comes out. I asked if I was going to be charged a service fee every time this part fails was told "yes". Charles Roberts need to stand by their, obviously, inferior parts. I am sending this to C R's, the Better Business Bureau and to Costco who we ordered the A/C units thru.
Called at 02:04am, their answering service was nice and not in a hurry! Listen to my issue and took my information and said they would put the request out for a technician to contact me! Waiting on response now 02:10 AM
