This is the Best Saab Dealer, Anywhere! – I have owned Saabs for over 20 years and have been servicing at Charles River Saab since 1989. I have tried other repair facilities, dealers and Saab specialists, but l aways end up coming back to Charles River. The staff is outstanding in their knowledge and caring about the product, and its so reassuring to go in time after time through all these years and see the same faces. Not female friendly... – Since I live close to this dealership, its convienent - if I had a choice I would not use them. The customer service teams consists of men that speak to women as if children. If you ask questions the about the work - the who, why and how's of your car; they become condescending. Poor telephone etiquette, they would sooner transfer you to a voice box then speak to you. Quality control is at a minimum, my car was returned to me without fixing the problem!
