Unfortunately, my experience with this office, including Dr. Bandari, has been very poor. I was left without my medication for three weeks, also the office refused to assist with a referral to see a specialist. Lisa, the office manager, was extremely rude during our interactions, and on one occasion she hung up on me. I later contacted Brian, the medical director, to address the situation, but despite doing so, my issue remained unresolved. I can't speak more about how great the staff is here, Krissy is so friendly so helpful, and Dr. Bandri is also great and attentive. Easy to make appointments.
Dr. Bandari refused to order a CT Colonography procedure for my husband who is afraid to get a colonoscopy ( to screen for colon cancer). Not coming back.
I have a high consideration for Dr. Usha Bandari. She’s always there for me and my family, for more than 18 years. She treat us with dignity, respect and high level of care. I only have a good things to say about her and her team. I’ll never cease to thank her for all these years of service and care.
