Disappointed. After receiving service, I continued to receive bills that I was told were to be paid by my insurance company. This has been going on for 3 years - his billing department continues to fail to be able to bill blue cross/blue shield for simple services.
Dr Sumner is amazing and thorough. Martha, the NP, is literally the most badass person on the planet. The staff is friendly, referrals that makes sense are easy to get. They're big on advocating for the patient and making sure you get the right care without giving you unnecessary drugs or services. Highly recommend.
