The rating is not for the doctor, but for the staffs at her facility in Northborough. This is second time I am denied care, as I had a condition that could be diagnosed virtually. Staffs there was extremely rude. Not at all empathetic and they just don't care about your conditions or situation regardless of how bad or good it is. "She is out of office and not here till friday urgent care is your best bet.." The lady on call was not even listening to what I was saying and talked like a radio and hung up.! Dr Csudae is a kind soul. She will give you her time and attention to detail.
Dr Csudae is my PC and I trust her totally. She is always there and she knows her stuff. Best PC I’ve ever had and I have had several. So glad I found her!
Dr. Csudae has been one of the absolute best primary care Dr's I have had yet. She listens to understand, addresses all concerns without making me feel less than, and doesn't try to over-prescribe me with things. Overall she is highly professional, personable, and warm. The entire office staff at CRMA-Northboro is wonderful. 10 stars all around.
