Update on Nov 6: been messaging the office and trying to get in contact with them. Even my father tried messaging them on patient gateway, but they are completely silent and ignoring our messages. As of now I have no options but to escalate this matter with the insurance and Massachusetts board of health, if I don’t hear from them by November 10. Cant say i had a good experience with the doctor as the front office screwed up the appointment. They booked me for NP physical 3 months in advance. They had the lab draw appointment day before but lost the NP physical in their system. This incompetence is not acceptable when the provider system in the state is so overworked.
I have been a patient of Dr, Flores for ~5 years, and have been working with Daylin Amesimeku, PA-C this year. She is has been excellent, both in technical capabilities and also an absolute pleasure to work with. I highly recommend this team!
I was never treated so poorly, the secretary treat me so badly and they don’t want to see me because I owe some money they don’t care if I was going through divorce they don’t care if I was going jobless. I wish Doctor flores office because he’s such a good doctor. Don’t even waste your time going there.
