Dr. Koussaimi is not only a seasoned and skilled provider but he’s an amazing human being!! My husband and I switched from Brigham Women to Dr. Koussaimi couple of months ago after I heard great things about him from a friend who’s a patient of this office. Very busy Dr. I had (have) a debilitating condition that he wrote off as Migraines (which it was proven NOT to be). He would not listen to my symptoms, and because of recurring visits to him, he would sigh and roll his eyes every time he saw me. His nursing helpers are very nice but his administrative staff is rude as always..
He is one person that I have never experienced in my entire life. A doctor that haven’t get to see me because I missed my physicals and his office sent me a letter saying I am no longer his patient. That uncaring they are. Ppl can have issues or situations, the administrations are so lacking in people care and no notifications were sent to remind the patient or check if the patient is ok.
I recently moved to Holliston and was looking for a primary care physician. Two of the three people I enquired with said they were seeing Dr. Koussaimi and would highly recommend him. After two visits these are my impressions. Dr. Koussaimi is everything one could ask for in a primary care physician. He is smart and knowledgeable; he listens attentively and patiently and I never felt hurried; he explains things clearly and in terms you understand; and he genuinely cares about your health. Dr Koussaimi has been my PCP for the last few years after my long time PCP retired. Dr Koussaimi has proven to be a very good doctor. One of the qualities I most appreciate is he is a good listener. While I haven’t had anything too serious I have had a few things that he has helped me deal with. I would highly recommend him if you are in need of a new PCP. He is good about follow up and easy to speak with. Such a personal choice but for me he has been all I could ask for in a doctor.
