Its been couple of years since I started coming to Charles River Medical Center for yearly checkups and other medical needs. From the very first visit with Dr. Flores-Cadillo and Nurse Practitioner Wendy Gomez, I am extremely happy that I choose them as my primary care provider team. My father Jose collado has been seen dolly for while now they’re so helpful and her front desk staff is excellent .
Huge headache. I told them that I have run out of refills for a medication and yet I was stuck with huge administrative burdens to just be registered as a new patient. Waited days for the forms to be mailed to me. Waited days for them to enter the information into their system. Additionally they were unable to contact my doctor. I struggled with quite a lot of pain that stemmed from stress after years of being on a high demand job and the doctor was really helpful in not only managing the pain and symptoms , but trying to sort out root cause. This past year as I transitioned to plant based diet, we also navigated through mindfulness that came with drastic change in diet and ensuring I was mindful of nutrient deficiency stemmed from not having animal products.
