The rudest front desk personnel. I cant even begin to describe how terse and rude these people are, even for routine appointment or insurance related questions.
After 15+ years of going to this office and feeling g safe and secure in my medical health- these guys gave TANKED over the last few years. The customer service is horrible- the front desk won’t even let you speak before slamming you on hold. They canceled an appointment and didn’t even tell me. Go anywhere else but here.
It makes me sad to see such terrible reviews. I loved Kramer and my entire family went to Charles River but she never seemed to take my concerns seriously. It wasn’t until I met Sue (the old NP) that I felt fully heard and seen. She recently retired (well deserved!!) which was when I switched to the new NP-(who inevitably left) and I will be meeting the new doctor soon! The office staff has always been kind to me, not to mention we all love Eric 🤣. They always update my chart/ info on the online gateway- so I don’t miss any... read more
After 20+ years of being with this practice, they booted me for missing too many appointments. Once Dr Kramer left, this place has been terrible, with the exception of Eric. I would NOT recommend choosing this practice.
Poor communication.
