I have been a patient of Dr. Kansra's for several years. I have found her to be knowledgeable and compassionate. She listens and discusses the options for a care plan. Her staff is competent, friendly and helpful. Her office is organized and welcoming. I would recommend Dr. kansar to anyone who is looking for a primary care physician in the Westboro area. The rudest front desk personnel. I cant even begin to describe how terse and rude these people are, even for routine appointment or insurance related questions.
After 15+ years of going to this office and feeling g safe and secure in my medical health- these guys gave TANKED over the last few years. The customer service is horrible- the front desk won’t even let you speak before slamming you on hold. They canceled an appointment and didn’t even tell me. Go anywhere else but here.
It makes me sad to see such terrible reviews. I loved Kramer and my entire family went to Charles River but she never seemed to take my concerns seriously. It wasn’t until I met Sue (the old NP) that I felt fully heard and seen. She recently retired (well deserved!!) which was when I switched to the new NP-(who inevitably left) and I will be meeting the new doctor soon!
