I’ve been going to CR for 15+ years and this year it literally hit the iceberg and is sinking. They have far too many patients for the office to handle-and not enough staff to even operate the front desk phone in a professional manner.. My appointments have been canceled on me- the last refit of meds they couldn’t even send to the right pharmacy. As soon as you call them out on what they’re doing they immediately act defensive. Dr. Coffin is wonderful! Very knowledgeable, honest and thorough.
NP Katelyn (Marlborough) has helped to improve my health more than any physician has in years. I highly recommend her. Katelyn actually takes the time to listen, follows up promptly and truly cares about her patients (she won't make you feel rushed).
Even though I can sympathize with some of the not so nice reviews I must highlight that which is great as well. Nurse Maria has it all, the professional demeanor and a sparkling personality. Laura McPartland, CNP is a wonderful practitioner and very well suited to fill the shoes of Nicole that we were all so fond of. Well in my view these two shining stars phase out some of the cloudiness. Kudos as well to Jonathan, hard to find a more patient and helpful being at the reception.
I never write reviews but after the last few weeks ive had with them I must say something. It's absolutely horrible and disgusting to play with people's health and time the way they do. They accepted me as a patient then out of the blue decided they no longer took my insurance. I was completely blindsided left with with having to immediately find a new PCP because they refused to fill my prescriptions, and the ones they did fill were completely wrong (thanks Alicia). Save yourself the trouble.
