They Cancelled my procedure the afternoon before it was scheduled. They wanted a full cardiac work up and told me every GI would want that. I had my procedure done elsewhere and the anesthesiologist did not see a need for a cardiac work up at all. On top of this the office staff is extremely rude and condescending. Very hard to work with. Can’t speak for any of the providers as I ended up not having the procedure there.
Really terrific and friendly staff members all around, from receptionists to nurses to doctors. Extremely clean facilities and all everyone performed their duties perfectly while making you feel safe and taken care of. Overall lovely and quick experience!
I had my first colonoscopy here yesterday and the entire experience was beyond what I expected. Incredibly knowledgeable and friendly staff that had the procedure down to a science. I felt cared for and never in the dark every step of the way. I’m hoping not to be back soon, but I’ll have no second thoughts about coming here again.
Very concerning. My first visit took 4 months to schedule. I was finally able to get my preparation information 4 hours before I was supposed to start. I prepped for a full day only to get to the procedure and have it cancelled due to negligence BY CRE. Then, they made me reschedule and that took 3 months! Now, I have a new appointment, no information on where to go and...no prep information now 4 days prior to the procedure. Really disappointed and, frankly now scared about the quality of the procedure.
This was my first ever procedure of this type. Everyone at this office was wonderful. The receptionist was accommodating and helpful. The nurses were patient and communicated well. As did the anesthesiologist. Dr. Sarah Shannahan was wonderful. She explained the whole procedure and results clearly. Everyone was very knowledgeable and had the office had a relaxed atmosphere, which helped to calm my nerves. Highly recommended.
