I ordered glasses two years ago and paid for additional options such as progressive and darkening. I returned it twice to get what I ordered. In the end I didn’t take it because it was completely impossible to use for reading. only 7 inches in focus. The frame is of such low quality that the one you buy at the dollar store will be better. I wouldn’t feel good about having to go to a place that employs such a blatant racist. Imagine going there for mental health help and immediately being judged by Brendon Robinson solely based on the color of your skin. He’s a racist plain and simple and shouldn’t be employed here.

Whoever runs the admin/front of house at this place should be fired. Reception is a joke, but of particular note is how bad the referral system is to other specialists. 3 times in a row i have asked for a referral and they never sent anything out. Pathetic. I really need to go somewhere else than this joke of a practice.

I’ve been in the healthcare field for over 20 years and this is hands down the most disorganized, unprofessional joke of a practice I’ve ever encountered. I’ve never not been kept waiting at least 40 minutes for an appointment and prescriptions are invariably late and/or incorrect. It’s gotten progressively worse over the past year or so and I couldn’t wait to find a new PCP at a grown up practice the second I left Watertown
Short staffed. Too long lunches. right now waiting already an hour for somebody show up at vision department back from their 40 min. lunch. Leaving department completely unattended.
