I don't know how they stay in business. I applied to be a retailer of Charles River products because I have a customer that specifically requested one of their products. After waiting over a week I call and the lady tells me our application was denied because of too many other businesses that sell your product in our area even though I can't find anyone who does. When I asked her for a contact of one of the businesses that sells your products she would not refer me to someone. How on earth do you stay in business?! I'm ready... read more
Purchased a couple wind breakers "the performance/enterprise jacket" the zippers get stuck in the fabric constantly, jacket totally ruined. Now its happening on the second one. The offer no Warranty and their guarantee is likely a violation of 16 CFR Part 239. One lasted less than a year, I doubt I would get two years out of the other one. And they hardly get worn.
I do not support this company. Rich Corvalan, the Vice President of Sales-Strategic Accounts is threatening to boycott small business in his town. What kind of person would do that? Rich is trying to get more people to join his fight and hurt small business in this very tough time. I think Charles Rivers Apparel needs to talk to Rich about the importance of small business and maybe his future at the company.

Have been selling Charles River for a few years at my shop. I have always loved the products and they sell themselves. Great quality! But I opened this recent order to complete a client’s jackets and saw the ESA System. Thanks for making my job easier and making my finished product look even better! On another note, customer service is one of the best I have ever used!

Cute rain jacket but the zipper is extremely poor quality. Should have noticed the 'made in China' on the label.
