First, I'd like to say that we have been with State Farm for 6 years. Recently we had some billing issues and policy questions so we called to have them answered. The staff seems to be just as confused as we were and they couldn't answer any questions so we asked for Charles to call us back. One of the guys we spoke to named Marco even thought it was a good idea to tell us that we can just choose another insurance provider. Thank goodness for the professionalism and availability of Charles Rio and his exceptional team at State Farm in Ridgefield. I was overwhelmed with the complexity of an insurance claim for water and ice damage on my property. Charles patiently sat with me and explained everything. He promptly returned every phone call, text and email and answered every question I had. The best part of my experience is having a local insurance agent who genuinely cares about his clients. I will be forever grateful.
